This role is suitable for candidates who possess and/ or want to build skills in three important areas: Sourcing/ Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory Management in the spare parts area.
It will expose you to a global and multicultural environment, as you will be part of a global organization, while your scope will be focusing on Europe region.
Main responsibilities:
- Vendor management for the Spares Supply Chain across P&G plants in Europe, focusing on managing Savings and Supply chain improvement projects.
- Owning multiple processes, making decisions in terms of the execution of the allocated work - identifying new opportunities, executing data analysis, presenting to higher level stakeholders his work, influencing the decision making.
- Improving supplier performance to deliver spare parts on time.
- Analyzing inventory data to facilitate inventory optimization by transferring spare parts from one plant to another.
- Supporting Work Process Improvement for the Team’s core processes.
- Acting as the regional/global expert for the operations executed in Europe, a point of contact for Plant key.

Job Qualifications
Must have's:
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate
- Proficient English Communication (verbal and written)
Nice to have:
- Previously Engaged in Vendor Relationship Management process;
- Good Usage of Microsoft Excel;
- Vendor Relationship Management prior experience will be desired
