We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-stack Engineer from Latin America to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in web development, exemplary leadership abilities, and a keen passion for delivering top-tier software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own technical initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to develop advanced technical strategies, ensure team alignment, and create solid delivery plans.

  • Develop high-quality, user-friendly, and performant software products.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues with practical and effective solutions.

  • Foster a culture of excellence in coding practices, ensuring our codebase is maintainable and enduring.

  • Stay current on the latest industry trends, particularly in the gaming sector, and evaluate their impact on daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in delivering world-class software.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

  • Expert-level proficiency in web development technologies such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React, and SQL databases.

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

  • Knowledge in AI, ML, and experience with LLMs and SD is a plus.

  • Experience working with remote teams is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with Python is a plus.

  • Experience with Unity or another game engine is a plus.
