Main Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of quality plans for continuous improvement and new product development projects in alignment with project schedules and milestones.
- Facilitates design, process and assembly reviews (DPAR), FMEA studies and routing quality assessments (RQA) Engages in development of factory and supplier plans when required.
- Participates in risk assessments, design reviews, virtual build reviews (VB) functional geometry reviews (FGR) as quality representative.
- Participates or leads projects to introduce digital solutions for quality systems.
- Lead manufacturing process control within assembly processes.
- Drive problem solving and data analytics.
- Drive improvements and analysis via Process Manual, Risk Assessments and Control Plans.
- Contribute to the analysis of information and the specification of the methods and process steps.
What Skills You Need
- 3 or more years of experience in one or more related Engineering areas: Quality, Industrial, Reliability, Manufacturing or Design
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and working in a production environment.
- Knowledge of standard quality tools such as Risk Assessment, PFMEA, SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis and Statistics.
- Experience with manufacturing process control.
- Project management experience demonstrating effective communication, teamwork skills and problem solving.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes.

Education
- Bachelor Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 3 years in the industry.
- English communication (spoken and written).
