Territory: Focus on the Boston Market with national travel required.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Lead on-site training for new and existing clients of our digital radiography products. Execute strategies to attain the identified revenue and market share objectives specific to DR sales goals. This position requires a minimum of 75% travel, which may include some weekends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assignedCreate and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of sales, marketing, operations, and all other aspects in assigned accounts, and drive consistent clinical performance objectives Support Sales and Dealer training initiatives to achieve a high level of product knowledge and differentiation from a clinical perspectiveWork-closely with Customer Service & Sales teams to ensure our clients are supported in their training requirements, and sales initiativesProvide management with up to date information and concerns that impact the ability to effectively sell and support our products in the channel Support selected sales demonstrations, labs and potential customer evaluationsGive clinical presentations and provide support at scientific meetings and trade showsCollect photos and videos of trainings whenever possible in compliance with hospital guidelinesWork closely with strategic partners ensuring successful integration and support activitiesCustomer call responseClinical 24/7 helpline support as neededBasic on-site service troubleshootingSite Follow-up calls as necessaryMaintain monthly activity trackingMaintaining all site surveys and training documentation from CAS.Responsible for booking travel and filing expense reports in a timely mannerCollecting data from sites in compliance with hospital guidelinesContinuous personal development and keeping current knowledge in relevant field at all timesMaintain a positive attitude and exhibit patience with customer concerns or requestsLearn the company's products as well as the competitor's products to better promote the company's product line Transport company equipment per company policyEducation & ExperienceAssociates Degree minimum, BA/BS and above preferred, ARRT RT(R) required3+ years of relevant clinical experience 1+ years of experience in clinical education / lead technologist / QA/QC tech preferredTrauma or surgery experience a plusWilling to travel overnight and on weekendsValid driving license and satisfactory driving record is mandatory and background and drug testing (pre and post employment) is requiredBudget, expense, and resource management experience requiredMust be a results oriented, team player, people personMust be self-driven to optimize performance without the need for extensive supervisionMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environmentMust have and exhibit excellent presentation skills in small and large groups situationsComputer SkillsMust be excellent with technology, able to present using a laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Internet Explorer, and Google ChromeFamiliarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures is highly desirable Physical RequirementsRegularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 poundsOften required to Push/pull weights of over 100 pounds when setting up/dismantling trade shows and/or maneuvering Company equipment into place for displayFrequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hearMust be able to sit and/or drive for long periods of time when travellingMust be able to stand for long periods of time (8-15 hours) for multiple daysRegularly exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outdoor weather conditions; extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather).Interaction with x-ray devices; for this reason strict safety and tracking programs are in place, requiring the utilization of dose monitoring equipment either full time or as necessitated by situationThe noise level in the work environment is occasionally very loud.Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focusAbout Boston Imaging
