We’re seeking a Technical Community Manager who is eager to join our team and help us engage with the developer community, drive the adoption of our technologies, and gather valuable feedback.

As a Technical Community Manager you will be the bridge between our company and the developer community. Your role will involve educating developers about our products, creating engaging content, and representing our brand at events and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster an active and engaged community across social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.
  • Track community engagement metrics, analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve community strategies.
  • Actively participate in developer communities, forums, and social media platforms to provide support and gather feedback.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners in the developer ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate developer needs and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community around our products by supporting user groups, hackathons, and online forums.


  • Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a community manager working with software developers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
  • Understanding market trends and consumer behavior and providing insights to improve strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience creating technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
