Description

Come work for a growing team!  At Amare Medical Network, we care for the people we work with and for.  As a Healthcare Recruiter for the Post-Acute division, you will lead our company's staffing efforts and build a strong workforce of RNs and LPNs while building and nurturing relationships with our clients. This individual will have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs and possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills. The Recruiter will source potential candidates, and facilitate the staffing, credentialing and scheduling process. Recruiting may involve internal and external sourcing methods, requiring this individual to understand where and how to locate candidates.

The Healthcare Recruiter must be local to or have strong familiarity with the Pittsburgh, PA, area and have solid experience recruiting RNs and LPNs preferably per diem or non-travel contracts.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build a network of qualified RN and LPN candidates.
  • The establishment, development, and growth of long-term sales relationships in skilled nursing facilities and other healthcare institutions. 
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and coordinate order intake and scheduling staff. 
  • Provide innovative candidate sourcing to develop a quality pipeline of talent.
  • Develop solid recruiting strategies by understanding client’s requirements and translating them into successful recruitment solutions.
  • Create and foster exceptional relationships with candidates through the interview and hiring process.
  • Answer incoming communication from care providers and candidates.
  • Make introductory phone calls to current care providers and current candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with healthcare professionals and co-workers.
  • Assist prospective hires through the credentialing process.
  • Interprets, explains, and follows all regulatory guidelines, including medical staff bylaws, fair hearing plans, rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Collects all pertinent documentation and investigates and reports all “red flag" issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three-plus years of healthcare industry experience focusing on the recruitment of RNs and LPNs preferably per diem or non-travel contracts.
  • Knowledge of long-term care facility operations and industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • This is a full-time position, a fully remote position. Typical days and work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
