We connect talented people globally with innovative companies who want to build, transform, and scale their operations. We provide talented global teams, strategic expertise, and seamlessly integrated technology to extend the positive impact good business can have everywhere.

We are recognized as a Most Loved Workplace, and we think it’s because we believe that culture drives business success. We encourage our associates to bring their whole, authentic selves to everything they do at PartnerHero. So bring your experience and your talents, and also bring your passion and everything else that makes you who you are. You will always be supported to do your best work at PartnerHero, enjoy your day-to-day, and thrive.

The Role

Social security, the United States’s retirement safety net, is projected to be insolvent as soon as 2035, making employer-sponsored 401(k) plans the primary retirement savings vehicle in the U.S. Nearly half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Our partner is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.

As a team member of the recordkeeping operations associate, you get to support the day-to-day administration of our clients' 401(k) plans and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Part organizational whiz, part detail ninja, you may be neatly in your career, but you are organized, responsible, and eager to make a great impact at an early-stage startup.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and reconcile 401(k) related customer and account data
  • Process customer transactions such as loans, and withdrawals
  • Problem-solve issues. Compliance reviews and spot-check documentation for discrepancies
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, implementation, engineering, and compliance to address customer inquiries and improve processes to build a better product that is scalable as we continue to grow
  • Become an expert at operational processes and a source of knowledge for internal stakeholders
  • Work on projects as needed
  • Process Client Requests and follow up with the client
  • Review withdrawals and entries of money

What We Expect From You:

  • Passionately care about our partner’s services and the role they play in making a customer-centric team successful
  • Awareness to prioritize customer-impacting issues and to know when something requires Tier 2 visibility
  • Expertise and proficiency in multi-window and multi-application settings; candidate must be able to efficiently navigate to various tools and resources promptly
  • Confident and collaborative communicator with ticketing support experience
  • Heavy reliability in people skills and proficiency for problem-solving
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus under pressure
  • Strong understanding of service level expectations without compromising the customer experience
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills; Punctuality and adherence to schedule required
  • Infectious ambition, positivity, and engagement, and the desire to provide customer support to our partner’s end-users within the financial technology industry
  • Adaptability and open to constant updates/changes
  • If approved for telecommuting, the workspace must meet company work-from-home requirements and include a designated and private/secure internet connection, and meet all PCI compliance requirements. Reliable high-speed/broadband internet access is required

Bonus Points:

  • 2+ years experience supporting financial technology, banking, accounting, finance, retirement savings, money markets, tax regulatory compliance, tax preparation, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience working with high-volume, data-centric, client-facing administrative support
  • Previous work experience with high volumes and critical deadlines
  • Proven ability to demonstrate flexibility, agility, and compromise for newly launched products and teams
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Generous paid vacation
  • Attractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options that are applicable per country of residence for all our full-time employees
  • Access to free posture-based fitness workouts from home paid Sabbatical Leave
  • Training opportunities provided by PartnerHero and outside entities
  • 1-on-1 coaching with feedback sessions, mentorship, and opportunities for cross-functional development
