Job description

Company Overview:
We are an account-based prospecting company that has helped over 300 B2B tech companies since 2014 to accelerate their sales pipelines with highly qualified opportunities. Our expertise lies in delivering demand generation and event-driven marketing services, and we are expanding our presence in Europe.

What You Will Do:
As a Sales Director, your focus will be on closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets while also engaging in prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline. Supported by a research team for lead generation, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team and other departments to drive sales campaigns and secure new clients. You will:

  • Manage outbound sales activities, primarily via email and phone, to contact prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals to meet quarterly quotas.
  • Work closely with global teams to execute sales strategies for events and demand generation services.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in tech companies, understanding their requirements.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within your assigned territory.


Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling marketing or agency services with an average deal size of $100k.
  • A track record of having closed at least $3 million in sales within the last 12 months.
  • Familiarity with selling into the B2B tech sector.
  • Understanding of cultural nuances across the European region.
  • Experience in selling event or conference-driven services is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years in sales, with significant experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong phone presence and experience managing multiple sales calls per day.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (we use Pipedrive) and GSuite applications (Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, resilient attitude with the ability to thrive in a target-driven role.


Benefits
Compensation:
This is a full-time, remote position, with a competitive fixed salary, variable components, and bonuses tied to performance. A $4 million quota will be set for the role.


Salary: 100k-150k/Year + Uncapped Commision
