Overview:   We have an opportunity for an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience (preferably in the areas of mass tort, general liability, or product liability) to join our Baltimore, MD location. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters. This position is hybrid and offers work from home and in-office workdays.

Skills / Qualifications:  

• JD from accredited law school
• Current Maryland bar admission
• 2-5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense/product liability)
• Large scale motion experience, preferred
• Deposition experience and motions argument experience, preferred
• Trial experience is not required but is a plus
• Understanding of current state and federal procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary for this position is $155,000 - $170,000 depending on experience.
