is the leading membership platform for the new generation of creators. In under 18 months, FanFix has grown to 15M+ users.
FanFix is a cutting-edge platform designed to empower creators to monetize their content. We provide a space where creators can sell their content via subscription and one-time payments, offering unique features such as live-streaming, carousel posts, and direct messaging. As we continue to grow, we're looking to add innovative, experienced, and passionate individuals to our team.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Product Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field to join our early-stage product team. This is an exciting opportunity to be our first full-time product designer, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. You'll be working on crafting and enhancing features that will enable our creators to more effectively share their work and interact with their fans. This role requires a unique blend of real-world experience, a passion for user-centered design, and a deep understanding of the digital and tech landscape.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
2. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
3. Deliver user-centered and intuitive designs - including wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups - optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
4. Help establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
5. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a tech or startup environment.
2. Proven UX experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to understand and solve complex problems.
3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
4. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
6. Experience working in agile/scrum development processes.
7. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.

Remote - Home Office - SoCal preferred.

The pay range for this role is between $120,000 - $150,000. Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your residence location and prior work experience. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.
