Your Responsibilities:
- Providing on-site and remote technical support to telecom operator clients, focusing on our DSL CPE, 5G CPE, Mesh networks, PON, and other networking devices.
- Assisting in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of networking equipment, ensuring smooth deployment and operation.
- Conducting product training sessions and provide technical advice to client teams, empowering them to effectively use and maintain our products.
- Working closely with the R&D and product development teams to convey client feedback and insights, helping to refine and enhance product offerings.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for client support, training materials, and best practices.
- Staying up-to-date with industry standards, emerging technologies, and competitive products to offer informed guidance to clients
