Senior Wills & Probate Solicitor Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire (with the potential to work from home 2 days per week) Reporting to: Department Director and HR Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Holidays: 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, dependent upon experience The Role We are seeking an experienced fee earner to join our clients thriving Wills and Probate department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling a variety of private client cases from start to finish, with an opportunity for significant career progression. This role involves managing a mixed caseload of Wills and Probate matters, while also overseeing work allocation within the department and assisting with the training and supervision of junior team members.
