Join Our Team at VirtuallyinCredible as a Virtual Assistant Team Leader!


We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Operations Manager with their daily responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services.



Responsibilities:

  1. Report directly to the VAS Operations Manager and collaborate closely with Recruitment, Onboarding, HR, and other relevant departments to ensure that the needs of VAs, clients, and operations are met promptly and effectively.

  2. Provide support to VAs by overseeing their daily activities and addressing any issues that arise.

  3. Conduct interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for roles.

  4. Prepare VAs for client interviews and ensure they are well-equipped to succeed.

  5. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including facilitating training and orientation for VAs.

  6. Conduct coaching and performance check-in sessions with VAs to support their development.

  7. Perform daily audits of time tracking tools to ensure accuracy.

  8. Assist the Operations Manager with client relations, including sending client reports and responding to client emails as needed.

  9. Keep team members informed and updated on VAS-related information, as well as company-wide directives and memos.

  10. Stay current with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with VirtuallyinCredible’s standards.

  11. Contribute to periodic reviews of departmental processes and recommend improvements as needed.

  12. Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values both internally and externally.

  13. Perform additional duties as required, which may be related or unrelated to the primary responsibilities outlined.


Job Specification:

  • Past leadership experience is a plus but not required
