Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging and informative content for various learning modules.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and create accurate, high-quality materials.
  
• Utilize multimedia tools to enhance content delivery and engagement.
  

Program Development:

• Assist in designing and implementing innovative learning programs.
  
• Work closely with the Founder & CEO to align content with Sapientury’s mission and vision.
  
• Help create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  

Content Management:

• Organize and manage content within our learning management systems.
  
• Ensure content is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to all users.
  
• Track and analyze content performance to identify areas for improvement.
  

Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated on the latest trends in educational technology and content development.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas for content and program enhancement.
  
• Conduct research to support the creation of new learning materials.
  

Evaluation and Feedback:

• Gather and analyze feedback from users to continually improve content quality.
  
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
  
• Prepare reports on content performance and user engagement.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in content creation or a related role, either formal or informal.
  
• Familiarity with content creation tools and content management systems (WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  
• A passion for transforming youth education through engaging content.
  
• Strong interest in educational technology, digital content, or related fields.
  
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization principles.
