Job description

This is a remote position.

JOB BRIEF  
We are looking for an experienced  Regional Sales Manager to contribute to our client's goals. Your responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies  
  • Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.
  • IT and ERP solutions sales in Private schools in the region  
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts  
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.  
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts  
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs  
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency  
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Building Collaboration and Alliances
  • Building Referral programs with influential companies
  • Building a strong network of key stakeholders in the region at Government/ Banking/ Large e-commerce companies/ Educational Institutions etc


Requirements

  • Overall experience of minimum 12+ years in software solution selling. 
  • Experience in selling and managing E-Governance, IT solution sales will be highly preferable. 
  • B2B Sales
  • Engineer/MBA/BCom/B Tech
  • Experience in creating and managing channel sales.  
  • Experience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.  
  • Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.  
  • Experience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.  
  • Strong communication and team management skills  
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. 
  • Availability to travel all over the assigned territory. 
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field  
  • Language preference – English, Hindi, and one local language.

Compensation: Up to 15 LPA

The base location for this role will be Hyderabad.
