As a Partner Success Manager at VOX, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our partners' success, focusing on revenue assurance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

This role demands a proactive approach to managing relationships with Mobile Network Operator (MNO) representatives, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing project management to ensure operational efficacy.


Key Objectives

  • Revenue and Compliance Assurance: Drive revenue growth and ensure compliance, focusing on meeting revenue targets and identifying up selling opportunities
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty through exceptional

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between VOX and MNO representatives, ensuring client satisfaction and successful service delivery
  • Forge strong partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and manage complex business relationships
  • Collaborate with operational and implementation teams to oversee project completion, adhering to requirements and deadlines
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partner management. Ensure that all teams are aligned on partner strategies and objectives
  • Manage service delivery components, including customer education, problem resolution, and reporting. This may involve creating training materials, hosting webinars, or conducting in-person workshops
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to address needs, offer updates, and secure satisfaction
  • Act as an escalation point for internal teams regarding MNO requests and vice versa. Address any contract-related issues or disputes in a timely manner
  • Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, actively seeking feedback for continuous improvement.  Act as the voice of the partner within VOX, gathering feedback on products and services to drive continuous improvement
  • Be prepared to step in and manage any crises or issues that arise with partners, working swiftly to resolve conflicts and maintain positive relationships
  • Identify and pursue up sell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to long-term client retention. This includes understanding partner needs, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning VOX's offerings with partner goals
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and expand VOX's footprint within each partner's business
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and recommendations for both VOX and its partners


Must-have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Customer Success management within the telecom sector
  • Proven track record in B2B negotiations and relationship management
  • Deep understanding of revenue assurance and customer relationship management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effective negotiation and enforcement
