Job Scope & Accountabilities

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of experience in software product marketing. The ideal candidate will have a background in GRC, compliance, or healthcare, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in these fields. This role will drive product positioning, market strategy, and go-to-market execution, collaborating across teams to bring innovative products to life and grow market share. Strong PowerPoint skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for creating impactful presentations and materials to engage customers and support sales efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine clear, compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences, differentiates our products, and highlights unique value propositions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, including internal and external enablement materials.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Content Development: Create high-impact product collateral, including brochures, website content, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and sales tools, aligned with overall product messaging.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools and training needed to effectively communicate product benefits and address customer pain points.
  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and future marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on key metrics to measure product marketing effectiveness, iterating on strategies as needed.

 

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 2-4 years of product marketing experience in a B2B software industry preferably in GRC, Compliance or Healthcare
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills for creating impactful presentations and visual content. Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and effectively.
  • Experience working across multiple teams collaboratively including product, sales, marketing and customer success teams.
  • An analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analyze data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

  • A curious mind to learn new things about the product, your industry and your customers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong speaking skills, comfortable in front of large group with the desire and ability to show off your product to customers and prospects.

 

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $70,000-90,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
