Client Growth Account Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Account Specialist to join our Client Growth Team. vinSUITE is a leading provider of comprehensive software solutions designed to streamline and enhance the operations of wineries and tasting rooms. The Client Account Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing clients. This role involves regular outreach to ensure client satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify new sales opportunities through themed campaigns and direct client communications. The successful candidate will be expected to have at least 10 client conversation/check-in calls daily, ensuring consistent and meaningful engagement with our clients.  This is a commission-based position based on sales to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with existing clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales themes for each round of outreach to promote relevant products and services.
  • Problem Solving: Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • CRM Management: Record and track all client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in Salesforce.
  • Complete and enter a client checklist in Salesforce with each client check-in.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Opportunity Identification: Monitor client accounts to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and sales activities to the management team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and company products to provide clients with relevant information and advice.
  • Travel to different wine regions around the country to conduct onsite visits with existing clients and sales leads.
  • Attend relevant industry trade shows
  • Account Specialist will have a sales quota each month that must be met
  • Daily communication with clients to ensure consistent engagement and relationship building.  Document client conversations and ensure every client is contacted, at minimum, each quarter.
  • Communicate with every client per Quarter
  • Develop a quarterly sales strategy for client outreach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of account management experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Goal Orientation: Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
