You will be responsible for...

  • Managing and growing the existing business relationships, securing the existing revenue, and making it grow with cross-selling and upselling activities with a clearly defined set of existing customers predominantly based in Europe;
  • servicing a portfolio of large enterprise companies, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions to meet these requirements;
  • build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction;
  • taking inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their needs
  • engaging with different stakeholders on a daily basis (e.g., Logistics, IT, procurement, senior management);
  • identification of cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities.
  • generating progress reports keeping each opportunity up to date in the CRM system.

You are ready if you have….

  • Proven experience in freight audit, logistics, or related fields;
  • 3+ years of experience in sales-related roles, experience in selling logistics and/ or SaaS solutions would be a plus;
  • analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights;
  • bachelor’s Degree or higher educational level;
  • proficient (C1) level of English. Any other european language would be a plus.
