Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Martec /Adtech Media Analytics Specialist to support our paid media operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in media tagging, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting. This person will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting of tags, as well as supporting audience creation and campaign analysis. A strong understanding of JavaScript, tag auditing tools (such as Adobe Debugger or Omnibug), and paid media is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tagging and Implementation:
    • Collaborate with media planning and Martech teams to implement and manage paid media tags across digital assets.
    • Conduct audits of tag implementation using tools like Adobe Debugger, Omnibug, and browser developer tools to ensure correct data capture.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot tag functionality and data accuracy across campaigns.
  • Audience Segmentation and Creation:
    • Work closely with media teams to define, create, and maintain audience segments for campaigns with Ga4 and Adobe audience manager.
    • Analyze audience data and assist in refining targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Campaign Reporting & Analysis:
    • Support the media and analytics teams in developing, maintaining, and delivering reports on paid media performance.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
    • Assist with regular reporting on audience engagement and media efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience with tools/software applied to digital marketing analytics

  • Proven experience working with paid media tagging, implementation, and auditing.
  • Amenability to work on hybrid work set up of 3x a week onsite and 2x a week work from home on mid shift/night shift work schedule.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and capable of debugging complex tag-related issues.
  • Hands-on experience with tag auditing tools such as Adobe Debugger, Omnibug, or browser developer tools.
  • Experience in audience segmentation and creation for digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with tag management systems (TMS) such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.

  • Experience in campaign reporting and data visualization tools like DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance related to data collection.
