Job description

Resale Goods Planner

The Resale Goods Planner’s objective is to ensure that the capacity requirements for all relevant resources derived from the monthly demand plan is matched with available capacity and that resource constraints and bottlenecks are highlighted in the monthly supply planning meetings so that the participants are enabled to decide on scenarios to be evaluated.

Responsibilities:

- Placing orders in Oracle Cloud to ensure optimal stock availability;

- Mid and long-term planning;

- Backlog projection;

- Maintaining relationship with suppliers by conducting weekly/monthly Teams meetings, keeping Supplier Delivery Performance on target;

- Master data set up (Lead Times, MOQ, FLM etc.);

- Supply risk managements (bottlenecks, recovery plan);

- Cooperation with Demand Planners, Sourcing, Warehouse and Payables.

Expectations:

- Education: Logistics, Mathematics, IT, Physics, Economy – supply chain;

- Experience 2+ years;

- Excellent analytical skills;

- Very good communication skills;

- MS Office knowledge (excellent Excel skills);

- Willingness to learn end-to-end supply chain and planning processes;

- Structured, proactive and persistent working style;

- Very good English language skills.
