About the Team
The Zoom solutions engineering team is a dynamic force behind the company's success. They deliver cutting-edge communication solutions for clients worldwide and expand Zoom's global presence through strategic partnerships. Additionally, they maximize virtual collaboration for businesses with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintain a good relationship with the Partners pre-sales and leadership teams and Resellers & Distributors

  • Acting as a technical resource between Zoom and our Partner community

  • Assisting with on-boarding new technical resources as identified by the CAM or Partner

  • Assisting with driving the usage of Zoom internally with Partners

  • Participating in the creation of training materials as requested by the Partners

  • Assisting Partner as questions arise regarding solution and architectural design for the platform

  • RFQ/RFP response/preparation

What we’re looking for

  • Have BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.

  • 7+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies

  • 5+ years in a Partner facing technical role and telephony and software applications industry required

  • Have SaaS Collaboration sales experience i.e. web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS and intermediate level solution sales ability

  • Have the ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes

  • Have the ability to apply IT Systems knowledge to customer solution designs

  • Have In-depth knowledge of "traditional" voice communications systems and applications

  • Have thorough knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$128 600,00

Maximum:

$257 300,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
