We are seeking candidates for the position of:

PRODUCT LINE MANAGER - ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING TOOLS

The Product Line Manager for Environmental Monitoring Tools will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This role requires a deep understanding of Software & instrumentation technologies, market trends, and customer needs in the pharmaceutical supply industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in product management. This position is tasked with increasing profitability of existing platforms as well as developing new to market products. The employee works cross-functionally to develop winning products and enhance current product platforms.

Main Task and Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for instrumentation products.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to develop innovative instrumentation products.
  • Requirements Gathering: Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market analysis.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams to ensure product knowledge and customer satisfaction
  • Specific Product & Application Knowledge: Sensor & Instrumentation technologies in the pharmaceutical Industry, Automation Software & Firmware in GMP environment, Filling machine & Isolator integration

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the instrumentation or related industry.
  • Very good knowledge of the current regulations: GMP, manufacturing and control of pharmaceutical products.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing market: Concepts of sterility assurance, Clean room validation.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, cycles & methodologies.
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree will be considered as a plus. Alternatively >5 years experience  in a relevant technical field.
  • Very good knowledge of English and of MS Office is required.
  • The position will work full remote Rome (Italy), Boulder (Colorado).
