Responsibilities:
As a user experience lead, you will be responsible for pursuing continuous improvement of application experiences throughout our various ecosystems. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient experience for members, from initial application submission to account activation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to optimize application processes, enhance user experience and advance growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university, or additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree required.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, user experience, or digital system management required.
- 3 years of experience with application workflows/platforms, technologies, associated challenges and industry trends required.
- 1 year of experience in Project Management, leadership, vendor management, or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit/view computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
Work Environment
- This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
