About the Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and driving employee engagement. Reporting to our Head of People, you’ll lead the development and execution of HR strategies that attract, retain, and nurture top talent. Think of yourself as a strategic partner to our teams—ensuring that our people are supported, empowered, and equipped to thrive in their roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with Clay’s mission and values.

  • Employee Development: Design and manage training and development programs that support employee growth and career advancement, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  • Employee Experience: Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

  • Performance Management: Collaborate with leadership to refine performance management processes, ensuring they are effective, transparent, and aligned with company goals.

  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, serving as a trusted resource for employees on HR-related matters.

  • Proven experience in HR or People Operations leadership, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a knack for navigating complex challenges and prioritizing effectively.
