This is a remote position. While being based in New York is preferred, we are open to candidates from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and customer insights. 
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies through appropriate channels and advertising platforms. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Create strategies and distribute engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and KPIs and shaping future marketing strategies based on the business objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
  • Manage website and social media content strategy across various channels, collaborating with the team to ensure up-to-date and relevant information. 
  • Design and execute email marketing funnels and nurturing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention.
  • Review and approve copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
  • Help develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing content ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and SEO best practices.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The salary range for this position goes from $60.000 to $80.000 annually, though this may change depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements.
