Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include marketing, prospecting, generating new business leads, contributing to new business development, and actively participating in ongoing weekly training sessions. You'll be tasked with generating leads through social media marketing, conducting professional phone interviews, and engaging with leads via phone and email.
You'll be working remotely, relying on your laptop and phone. You will benefit from one-on-one training with experienced professionals and leaders to ensure your success. As you nurture your client relationships, you will also transition into coaching and mentoring a global team.
Our organization follows a structured, proven system, and the training and guidance you will receive are comprehensive.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of six years of professional experience working in a similar role or for yourself (no students, please).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (phone and Zoom).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Some experience with social media apps (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Open to receiving training and support to grow and succeed in this role.
- Exceptional telephone manner, with the confidence and motivation to succeed.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly training calls via Zoom.
- Enjoy flexible hours, with the option to work a minimum of 2 to 3 hours per day from any part of the world, with weekends off.
- Lead generation using the marketing methods we provide training on, utilizing various social media outlets.
- Conduct interviews with leads and guide them through a structured interview process (you will be provided with scripts to follow).
- Work independently and remotely, relying on your laptop and phone.
Please note: This opportunity is not suitable for students. It is preferred that you have at least six years of experience in a similar role.
