QS ELECTRICAL TAKEOFF

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a focus on Electrical Takeoff to join our team immediately. This is a work-from-home position, and the ideal candidate must be proficient in using Planswift and Bluebeam for electrical measurements, take-offs, and cost estimation. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs for electrical systems on various construction projects, including power distribution, lighting, wiring, and other electrical components.
• Use Planswift and Bluebeam to accurately generate measurements from electrical drawings and specifications.
• Provide detailed cost estimations for electrical materials and labor based on project scope and requirements.
• Review electrical plans and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
• Generate comprehensive reports, including cost breakdowns and analysis of any variances.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bid proposals, and contract management related to electrical works.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in electrical takeoffs in the construction and engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in Planswift and Bluebeam for measurements, take-offs, and cost estimation.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems within construction projects, including power distribution, cabling, lighting, and other related components.
• Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings and generate accurate cost estimates and material take-offs.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Must be available to join immediately.
