Job description

The Customer Support Representative will be part of a BPO company, which is a global leader in customer experience outsourcing services, providing support solutions for companies across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner within a given timeframe;
  • Logs all calls accurately and in line with procedures;
  • Develops and maintains a complete technical and procedural knowledge of client’s products and services;
  • Deals with all correspondence as requested/required;
  • Complies with schedule;
  • Reaches the individual and team targets;
  • Complies with company policies, regulations, processes and work instructions;
  • Performs all assigned task by his/her supervisors within the requested timeframe and account boundaries;
  • Identifies potential sales leads and transfers to sales team where applicable and according to guidelines/processes;

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Good organizational skills
  • PC Literate
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to achieve targets
  • Ability to multi-task whilst speaking with the customer
