We are now looking for an Engineering Manager to help us shape the future of the 'embedded finance' revolution.

The ideal candidate for this position:
  • Is an experienced engineering leader with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing engineering teams.

  • Has a deep understanding of software development practices and can effectively bridge technical and people management responsibilities.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow engineering talent.

  • Is passionate about building great products while maintaining high engineering standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple engineering teams (20+ members), with a focus on delivery, talent development, and optimizing engineering processes, while partnering closely with Tech Leads for each team.

  • Drive technical excellence and innovation while maintaining high-quality standards across teams.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.

  • Develop and implement engineering processes that promote efficiency and quality.

  • Build and maintain high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, and professional development.

  • Collaborate with our CTO and Tech Architect to guide architectural decisions and make strategic technical investments that align with our business goals

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.
