Your role
We are looking for a new Sales Manager to join our Tony’s Open Chain team to be based in the US, responsible for the North America region. In this role, your #1 goal will be to propel business growth by establishing new North American clients and expanding relationships with our current North American based Mission Allies. As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the Tony’s Open Chain business in North America!
As the primary point of contact for all Mission Allies under your purview, you will proactively engage with them to maintain a meaningful connection in true Tony’s fashion. Regular updates on our latest impact insights and evolving pricing strategies will ensure that our Mission Allies are well-informed. Additionally, you will seize every opportunity to encourage volume growth by introducing an expanded TOC product range, which may involve incorporating additional brands or diversifying product categories. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Sales, Tony's Open Chain who's based in Amsterdam. Here is what you will do:
- Drive TOC sales in North America to achieve our rapid growth aspirations and make a significant contribution to driving issue and brand awareness.
- Respond to inbound opportunities and collaborate with team members to do the same.
- Collaborate with the Tony’s market teams to leverage our existing corporate network and drive growth.
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure the TOC team is meeting revenue targets by acquiring new clients.
- Generate and pursue client leads to identify new partners who will champion our brand and mission.
- Act as a Tony’s advocate in promoting our brand and mission to ensure we support the mission and reach our goals.
- Collaborate with our teams in Amsterdam and West Africa and being based on the East Coast will help you to find time for that across time zones - If you are based in the the New York tri-state area we would gladly welcome you to work in our New York office regularly!
- Travel within North America to connect with our current and future Mission Allies and to Amsterdam HQ and West Africa to connect with the TOC team on a regular basis.
