Job description

As our Technical Recruiter, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of Axmed. You'll partner with hiring managers, design recruitment strategies, and attract top talent to align with our mission of making healthcare accessible globally. With a primary focus on scaling our engineering and commercial teams, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical and commercial talent.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from creating job descriptions and conducting initial screenings to managing interview processes and negotiating offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align recruitment efforts with team goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
  • Manage multiple roles simultaneously across both technical and commercial functions, ensuring efficient and timely hiring.
  • Act as an ambassador of Axmed's mission and culture, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in technical and commercial recruiting, ideally within the tech, or startup sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms for both technical and commercial talent.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a big plus, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and foster relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with efficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for making a meaningful impact in global health and a deep commitment to our mission.
  • Experience using TeamTailor as an ATS is preferred.
