As a Project Manager, you will lead agile practices and rites with the team, assist the engineering team and leadership team in resolving potential issues, and manage communication with the client to ensure the team is aligned with client needs and goals.
In terms of skills, we are seeking someone who:
- Has experience in creating rapport with the client.
- Has experience in bridging Business, Technical and Process perspectives.
- Has experience in Roadmap and Delivery Plans.
- Has experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Has advanced/fluent English skills for communicating with the client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct agile practices and rites, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assist the engineering team and leadership in identifying and unblocking potential issues.
- Lead client communication, ensuring that the team is focused on achieving client needs and goals.
- Participate in status meetings, providing clear and concise progress reports to the client.
- Propose the best approaches to help clients achieve their goals within the required timeframe.
- Adapt to a highly fluid environment with shifting priorities.
- Mentor and assist team members in developing their skills.
- Work within high-performance Agile teams on international contracts.
It will be nice-to-have experiences:
- Strong risk management, scope, and timeline management skills.
- Solid experience with Agile projects (Scrum and/or Kanban) and tools (Jira/Azure DevOps).
- Experience coordinating remote teams
- Efficient, assertive, and transparent communication skills with clients and team members.
- Ability to implement and optimize development processes when necessary.
- Dynamic personality with an open mindset and inspiring leadership qualities.
- Technical background.
- Experience with negotiation.
