  • Web Analyst Justification:  Supporting eComm scorecard and Cart testing Responsibilities:
  • Lead web analytics projects, delivering impactful insights to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze and present web performance data (tests, campaigns, RCA) to leadership on a weekly basis, focusing on traffic and e-commerce conversions.
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments, owning the test readouts and results.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand customer behavior, trends, and data discrepancies using Adobe Experience Cloud Suite (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Experience manager, etc.)
  • Build and manage data pipelines and reporting solutions, primarily based on Adobe Analytics clickstream data.
  • Create and maintain data sets for investigative analyses and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3 years of relevant experience in analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. · Proficiency in SQL and handling large data sets.
  • Experience with Databricks, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Posit, and GitHub is a plus.
  • Ability to stitch, calibrate, and control the quality of data from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with the ability to overcome organizational challenges while staying focused on goals.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Web analytics experience.
  • Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics Workspace, Target, and clickstream data.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with Python, R, and SQL.
