This is a remote position.

We’re a growing team passionate about driving change, and we’re looking for a Talent Experience Specialist to help us continue this journey.

As a Talent Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, sourcing and engaging exceptional tech talent while building strong, consultative relationships with our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve complex problems, and think resourcefully will ensure success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Engagement: Source top tech talent across Canada and the US using innovative and resourceful methods. Engage candidates through tailored outreach, building a diverse and qualified talent pipeline. Stay updated on tech industry trends to identify in-demand skills and emerging roles.
Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and talent needs. Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and market insights. Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Tackle challenges head-on, finding creative solutions to sourcing and recruitment obstacles. Continuously improve sourcing strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a technical recruitment role, preferably within the tech industry.
Proven track record of sourcing and engaging tech talent.
Familiarity with the tech landscape and its unique hiring challenges.
Experience using ATS and sourcing tools.
