Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Working hours: 25 hours / week (potential transition into full time)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm Schaumburg, Illinois Time
  • Department: Client Relations & Project Coordination
  • Reports to: Project Manager

The Account Manager plays a key role in driving the successful delivery of virtual tour projects. As the central hub of communication between teams, you’ll manage internal processes, coordinate project phases, and streamline workflows to support the development of high-quality virtual tours. This role focuses on optimizing project timelines, ensuring effective collaboration, and enhancing overall project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to align project schedules, resources, and logistics.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and manage communication with photographers, ensuring timely delivery of assets for development.
  • Oversee project workflows using tools like HubSpot, Asana, and Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Suite, ensuring all milestones are met.
2. Internal Communication:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the development, photography, and project management teams.
  • Ensure clear alignment across teams regarding project scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Facilitate seamless information flow, including sharing critical assets like images with the development team.

3. Quality Assurance Support:
  • Assist in ensuring that deliverables meet project standards and align with client requirements.
  • Proactively address any issues during development, coordinating cross-team solutions.
4. Post-Launch Engagement:
  • Coordinate post-launch tasks, gathering feedback to refine project workflows.
  • Analyze project success and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project coordination, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Slack).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with digital content production workflows (e.g., virtual tours, photography).
  • Experience in the virtual tour or digital marketing industry.
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes and how to integrate client feedback into projects.
