Job Highlights:

We are seeking a proactive and organized bilingual Executive Assistant (English/Spanish) to support daily operations by handling various administrative, communication, and organizational tasks. This part-time, remote role is ideal for someone who can work independently, communicate effectively in both languages, and assist with a range of administrative responsibilities.

  • Social Media Management: Respond to social media messages and, occasionally, assist with light content posting in both English and Spanish to engage with a diverse audience.
  • Research and Document Preparation: Find lien lists and prepare correspondence for mailings, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
  • Client Coordination: Request necessary documents from clients and coordinate the onboarding process by sending portal invitations.
  • Email Management: Assist in managing and organizing email communications in English and Spanish, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Light Bookkeeping: Perform occasional bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring accurate records and assisting with financial documentation.
  • General Administrative Support: Complete various small tasks as requested, providing flexible support to the executive team.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Prior experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role preferred.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Experience with basic bookkeeping software is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take initiative in a remote setting.
