Exciting Opportunity: Resource and Compliance Consultant (Education Recruitment) 

Are you passionate about shaping the future of education by connecting schools with top teaching talent? We’re on the lookout for a Resource and Compliance Consultant to play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and ensuring the best educators are placed in schools across the UK.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. From proactive talent sourcing to conducting thorough background checks, you’ll be an essential part of maintaining our high standards in educational recruitment.


What You'll Do:
  • Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, database searches, and proactive headhunting techniques to identify the best candidates.
  • Screening & Selection: Pre-vet and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based questions, identifying top educators.
  • Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet APSCO standards, including right-to-work checks, reference verification, and DBS checks.
  • Shortlisting: Prepare and present detailed profiles of top candidates to schools for placement.
  • Candidate Support: Provide ongoing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure successful placements.
