This role performs all DMS Imaging Center production tasks along with pre prep, job setup and scheduling. This role is vital in working each phase of the imaging production process from the first phase through the last phase.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a team leader, accountable for the team's performance as outlined by the Supervisor, Imaging Operations

  • Perform inbounding and pre prep functions.     

  • Scheduling and job setup with staging.  

  • Preparing Job Specifications.

  • Perform Sort, Prep, Scan, QC, Indexing, Packaging and Release functions.  

  • Final quality check on and corrections post production. 

  • Training. 

  • Troubleshoot scanner or batch class issues and correct with assistance of IT when necessary.

  • Adhere and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP’s/guidelines and forms. 

  • Other duties, as specified by Supervisor/Manager. 


 

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • Familiarity with imaging and other related technology. 

  • Ability and experience to perform all imaging tasks with a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes. 

  • Experience with customer interaction. Must display good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and Management.  

  • Ability to schedule personnel and manage project workflow to meet SLA’s.    

  • Minimum business expertise required.

  • This role is responsible specifically for their job assignments and the success of those assignments.

  • This role requires internal and external contact.  This communication may consist of verbal communication or written personnel via email. 

  • Education/Experience:  High school/ 1 to 2 years
