The Marketing Project Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing integrated marketing projects, ensuring and enabling seamless collaboration across various Marketing teams, channels, and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing channels and deliverables. Accountable for completing tasks and projects by delivering on time scope, schedule, budget and quality, this person enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and overcoming obstacles to realize project and task delivery success. Serves as a trusted adviser who can be called upon to provide support and project insight and follows standard project management methodology for project plans and execution. Is proactive and assertive, yet also understands the collaboration needed to project manage the marketing plan dan motivate a team to achieve deadlines.
This position will report to the Senior Marketing Project Manager, sitting on the Marketing Strategy team, and will work closely with team members across the marketing team, including project managers and key stakeholders on the Creative, Digital Product, Direct Marketing and Marketing Strategy teams.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning and Coordination: Lead multiple projects from intake and requirements definition through deployment and debrief. Develop comprehensive project plans for multiple projects outlining tasks, timelines, and resource/budget requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. Update and revise integrated and individual project plans, timelines, budgets as necessary.
Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives. Meet with marketing & communications leaders, including creative leads, to prioritize requests, identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure projects stay on timeline and budget.
Project/Campaign Integration: Oversee the integration of marketing tactics across multiple channels, including paid media, social media, email, web and events. Ensure seamless collaboration between Marketing & Communications teams (Marketing Strategy, Creative, Communications, Digital Product, Direct Marketing) and other stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for projects providing regular updates on project progress. Collaborate with team to understand their goals and expectations, ensuring successful project delivery. Provide updates and communication to stakeholders within and outside Marketing team as necessary.
Monitors and manages timely communication response and follow-up in our workflow tool (Monday) and other internal web-based software.
Work with other Marketing Project Managers to own key communication devices including weekly emails, quarterly toolkits and holistic marketing calendars.
Provides weekly status reports to key stakeholders
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on project timelines and budget to ensure accountability. Facilitate project retrospective review meetings and document lessons learned through integrated debrief reports. Ensures proper task and project close-out.
Quality Assurance: Incorporates quality standards throughout project management process and conducts thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet high standards and align with the overall marketing strategy.
Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and provide documentation relative to challenges that impede project completion. Analyzes project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure team adheres to project requirements.

FORMAL KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
4+ years of Project Management experience (including Digital)
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing department, organization or agency.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and campaign execution. Knowledge of the planning, creative and production processes for traditional, digital, social, and interactive content.

SPECIAL MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The starting rate is $69000 to $86000 annual. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
