Summary of the Role: Account Executive
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our firm within our youth sports vertical, specifically football. The representative will be responsible for providing support to the sales and service teams and helping to maintain the relationship between our carrier partners and client partners.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Primary role for this position is supporting for all administrative functions of the Football program and as the secondary point of contact for all customer service needs from current and prospective insureds. The responsibilities include the following:
• Sending out new / renewal business proposals for prospective insureds of the Football program
• Data entry and record keeping of new/renewal insureds
• Answering of customer questions related to the football program
• Follows up with renewal / new insureds for completed applications and proposals
• Sends out all completed certificates of insurance to requesting parties
• Invoicing and coding of renewal / new business
• Daily interaction with underwriters at each carrier partner to ensure timely quote/bind periods

- Must have effective professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively show strong leadership skills
Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $55,000-$58,000 a year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
