Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, CIP designation or working towards CIP, Minimum 6 years experience in investigation, Technical knowledge of insurance lines, Provincial or territorial insurance licensing as required.
Key responsabilities:
- Conduct field investigations and lead cases
- Establish investigation strategy and gather evidence
- Prepare case briefs and liaise with teams
- Evaluate evidence sufficiency throughout investigations
- Supervise external investigators and attend court when needed
