Job description

As part of LPL’s newly established Linsco Team within Business Solutions, the Admin Solutions Manager will be the front line leader.  You will provide daily support and guidance to a team of Admin Solutions Consultants while managing relationships with advisors and our internal partners. Knowledge of LPL, leadership qualities, adaptability, and comfort with change and ambiguity will be key success factors for this position. The group is staffed by experienced team members that are well versed in advisor support and operations. The manager is responsible for the team's performance, advisor satisfaction as well as maintaining a successful relationship with all internal partners.

Responsibilities:

Program Development:

  • Contribute to the development of the Admin for Linsco Program

  • Coordinate with Linsco partners on requirements and enhancements

  • Until further notice, manage admin capacity allocation and pairing requests

Team Development:

  • Conduct daily huddles via WebEx to ensure consistent communication with team

  • Provide regular coaching to ensure satisfaction

  • Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs

  • Act as a resource for staff by answering questions and following up on complex issues

  • Identify and implement proactive measures to ensure Admins can meet organizations goals

  • Identify trends and areas for improvement for staff and program

  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure consistent implementation

  • Monitor Admin calls and emails

Relationship Management:

  • Connect as needed with advisors assigned to your Admins

  • Embrace advisor feedback and seek to identify ways to improve advisor experience

  • Connect weekly with internal Linsco partners

  • Regularly exercise discretion and business judgment

Staff Management:

  • Ensure staff are adhering to assigned shifts and completing work in a timely manner

  • Manage vacation requests and review timecards for accuracy

  • Write and deliver performance reviews, and employee goals

  • Interview and make staffing decisions for hiring as needed, in coordination with AVP

  • Provide strong, compassionate, and visible leadership which foster positive attitudes and trust among employees and our advisors

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience

  • 3 + years of financial services experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently

  • Must identify problems and implement solutions in a team environment

  • Proven ability to motivate and encourage others

  • Proven ability to work successfully as a part of a team

  • Comfort with giving and receiving feedback from all levels

  • Prior experience working with data/team analytics a plus

  • Experience working with financial advisors

  • FINRA licensed or willingness to get fully registered (SIE, 7, 63 & 65)

Preferences:

  • 1+ years of LPL experience

  • Experience with employee-based advisor relationships


 

Pay Range:

$73,000.00 - $121,600.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
