Position Summary

The Franchise Administration Support will work with the VP of Admin in partnering with the Lodging Development team to process new franchise sales. This process includes ensuring standards are in place and all required paperwork to meet the requirements of being a franchisee is received and completed. This position will also be the liaison for existing and new CRM activity, implementation, maintenance of all records and on-going training. In addition, the position is responsible for these and many other documentation, and compliance processes, encompassing the successful execution of and transition to opening into the Sonesta + RLH network.

Job Description

  • Primary responsibilities are to help manage all stage gates associated with processing all new prospective Franchisees.  

  • Position works directly with the RVP’s, Lodging Development, VP Lodging Development and Re-Licensing, VP Franchise Administration, and other internal departments to ensure new Franchisees smoothly transition into their new License Agreements with Sonesta + RLH network.  

  • Manage the application and FDD process in conjunction with RVP’s, Lodging Development 

  • Manage the distribution of agreements, via DocuSign, for execution for the Lodging Development Team 

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal files 

  • Process new Franchises through our Teams systems and transfer all relevant documents into Dynamics 

  • Communicate all new executions to our internal teams. 

  • Continually develop, implement and improve processes to expedite the licensing process for Lodging Development. 

  • Support, comply and promote company initiative, policies, and guidelines. 

  • Processes and manages all entity and deal term information entered into Dynamics.  This includes updating and maintaining customer records and managing contractual activity pre and post execution. 

  • Manage any transition into current or new CRM solutions.

Pay Range

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in franchising 

  • CRM experience preferred. 

  • Work effectively from a remote environment. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Works well interdepartmentally as well as across divisions. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential with the ability to positively interact with people at all levels of an organization. 

  • Organizational and informational management skills are essential. 

  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, timelines, team members and owners. 

  • Excellent time management skills. 

  • Team oriented and desirous of assisting others to achieve success. 

  • Thorough knowledge of computer systems: i.e. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and electronic scheduling and e-mail systems. 

  • Ability to develop creative solutions and streamline job functions and decision making. 

$70k-$85k base pay. Bonus eligible. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific/overall experience.
