PN7 - Quality Engineer SemiSenior at Rockcruit

We are seeking a Quality Engineer with at least 3 years of experience evaluating quality for large complex systems. We are looking for a technical and customer focused candidate. The ideal candidate thrives in team settings and is motivated by creating success all around them through strong communication, shipping great product experiences, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Write automated and manual tests covering various customer use cases.
- Be a force multiplier to help developers shift testing left.
- Construct automation tests based on what’s most valuable and high priority.
- Help the team adopt best practices to improve code quality.
- Collaborate with product, design, information security and business team members to quickly grasp domain knowledge.
- Develop concise, articulate, and detailed documentation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 5 years software engineering experience)
- 3+ years of software testing experience
- Expertise in test automation on UI, API or others
- Experience in enhancing existing Test Automation frameworks – Cypress, Playwright, Selenium etc.
- Desired Qualifications
- Experience in E2E Automation, contract testing, API Automation
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
- Fintech or Financial services industry experience
- Proven track-record of teamwork and delivery
- Experience at high-growth, venture-backed startups
- Experience developing with TypeScript and Node a big plus
