RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Establish and structure the Product area at Drummond Advisors, being responsible for defining processes and strategies, aligning resources to drive end-to-end product development and management.

·       Lead product strategy from conception to launch, ensuring that business objectives are achieved.

·       Ideation of Products, including defining and prioritizing clear improvements in features and functionalities.

·       Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

·       Responsible for analyzing and defining pricing strategies that maximize profitability, considering costs, perceived value by the customer, and market conditions.

·       Manage full product life cycles, from conception to launch, aligning the product vision with customer needs and organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or other related fields

·       Advanced/Fluent English (will be tested in the interview)

·       Proven experience in product development and definition environments

NICE TO HAVE:

·       Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Project, Kanban, among others)

·       Experience in companies with a similar industry to Drummond

·       Familiarity with product validation techniques and market testing
