Video and Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for editing video content and incorporating dynamic motion graphics to create engaging, polished videos that align with brand standards. They will manage all aspects of video production, including sound design, animation, and graphic design, ensuring each project meets high-quality standards.

They will also collaborate closely with global stakeholders, including brand teams, to understand their needs and deliver content that exceeds expectations. Additionally, the role involves developing creative concepts, storyboarding, and directing video projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that captivate audiences.
• Motion Graphics: Apply a deep understanding of animation principles and techniques to create smooth, engaging graphics.
• 2D & 3D Animation: Develop character animations, explainer videos, and other forms of animated content.
• Graphic Design: Design compelling illustrations and infographics that align with project goals.
• Storyboarding and Scriptwriting: Visualize video sequences through detailed storyboarding and script development.
• Sound sampling and Editing: Enhance videos with audio samples, including sound effects, voiceovers, and music, to create a complete experience.
• Creative Direction and Concept Development: Contribute to developing creative concepts and video direction, producing innovative and effective video content.

• Experience: 8-12 years in motion graphics, video editing, post-production, or a related industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Auditions, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing high-quality video editing and motion graphics work.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of audio/visual equipment, software, and troubleshooting techniques used in video production.
• Platform Experience: Proficiency in working on both Mac and Windows platforms.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Strong understanding of animation principles and motion graphics techniques.
• Video Production Skills: Proven experience in video editing, storyboarding, sound design, and post-production.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused, with a commitment to quality.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and articulate creative concepts effectively.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with handling camera and shoot, and editing tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Soundlogic Pro.
