Job Description:

The Associate Director, Digital Products Asset Management will lend critical support to the OPH portfolio of digital products, including regulated products (e.g., digital therapeutics, starting with CT152 Rejoyn™) and non-regulated products. This role will partner with asset team leads and subject matter experts to drive cross-functional asset strategy development and progression throughout the product life cycle, functioning as a program SME with key stakeholders, including alliance partners and affiliates as relevant. This role will also contribute to due diligence activities to support program evolution and growth by facilitating the review of asset development and commercialization project proposals with appropriate Governance Committees and Senior Management, including recommendations for action and ensuring appropriate follow through to achieve approved
program/project objectives.

Coordinate cross-functional asset strategy development, program planning, and execution in partnership with teams across OPH and other Otsuka affiliates, with the aim of developing differentiated products that improve patient lives globally.

• Partner with asset team leader to ensure alignment between development plan, commercialization plan, budget, and resource needs
• Develop a global product roadmap for CT-152 (RejoynTM), ensuring smooth coordination and
collaboration across OPH and multiple Otsuka affiliates
• Align team priorities/objectives to the requirements for Action Point progression
• Work with key stakeholders across OPH and other Otsuka affiliates to develop key
deliverables for each asset, including annual goals, product roadmaps, performance metrics
and more
• Coordinate global contributions from other Otsuka Affiliates to Development and Commercialization Plans
• Manage and track progress against plans/goals and maintains single source of truth for assetspecific performance metrics
• Stay on the pulse of asset team progress to identify and address emerging risks or issues that
could impact the program, inform relevant governance committees and Senior Management
as appropriate to ensure timely resolution, and guide asset teams through scenario planning
including identification of risks and development of mitigation plans
• Foster development of cohesive asset teams that think globally
• Facilitate key governance committees (schedule, coordinate content/pre-reads, co-develop
agendas in partnership with committee chair, etc.) in support of digital products – e.g., a
global governance committee for CT-152
• Navigate teams through governance touchpoints, stage gates, and preparation of asset
reviews and ensures pull through
• As appropriate, onboard new team members regarding asset strategy, historical decisions, team norms and expectations

Required Qualifications
Knowledge/ Experience and Skills:


• Experience with digital health solutions
• Ability to develop a working knowledge and understanding of the science, therapeutic area,
and commercial landscape of assigned programs
• Ability to work with appropriate level of supervision
• Ability to work with a global mindset, collaborating with peers in other Otsuka affiliates
(including global affiliates)
• Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external business partners with proven

Educational Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of cross-functional Program Management or related experience in digital health, management consulting, or pharma/biotech

Minimum $160,530.00 - Maximum $208,700.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting salary for candidates hired to perform the work. Other elements may be used to determine actual salary such as the candidate’s job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role.
