Our impact is tangible; from sustainability and eliminating waste to delighting customers and delivering great tailored tech solutions, we’re curious and passionate challenge-seekers creating the future of retail today.

To support the rapid growth of RELEX’s go-to-market organizations, we are now looking for a full-time Sales Enablement Manager to join our global Sales Enablement team. This team is responsible for providing the sales team with the training and resources needed to improve sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth. A primary focus of this role is to create and deliver training and enablement programs for partners globally and drive regional enablement for the Americas sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in either sales or partner enablement within an enterprise environment.

This is a full-time role that can be held from our Atlanta office or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sales Compensation: Design and manage sales compensation plans that align with company goals, analyze the effectiveness of existing plans, and make data-driven recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Quota Setting and Territory Planning: Oversee the annual quota-setting process and provide insights on territory adjustments to ensure optimal coverage and drive sales growth.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics, conduct targeted analysis, and present executive-level insights to inform decision-making.
  • Process & Change Management: Manage key sales planning processes, re-engineer existing workflows as needed, and lead change management initiatives to ensure access to accurate, actionable data for informed decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives, drive organizational alignment, and improve overall sales effectiveness.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, with a proven track record of optimizing sales processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics/Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present executive-level insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, as well as data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience in designing and analyzing effective sales compensation plans.
  • Proven experience in sales planning, including sales forecasting, reporting, territory management, and quota setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives from data and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and motivate people, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and with remote teams.
  • Experience within the SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with additional languages, such as Spanish, is a plus.

Across RELEX, our people are supported and rewarded. In the US, we provide:

  • Competitive compensation
  • A fun, ambitious, and committed team where the team members feel like a family
  • A respectful and professional, yet easy-going atmosphere where individual thinking is encouraged
  • Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely from your home office
  • A position where you can help retailers and consumer goods companies to reach their ESG initiatives through increased supply chain efficiency, reduced food waste, and an empowered workforce
  • 15 days of paid time off, 12 paid sick days, 13 company holidays, and up to 2 paid volunteer & charity days
  • New Parent? Congrats! We’ll cover up to 12 weeks at full pay
  • A generous $500 work-from-home stipend
