About the Role: We are looking for a talented and dedicated Researcher to support our Sales Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads, contributing to expanding our customer base. Your role will be pivotal in building solid relationships with prospects and initiating meaningful conversations.

Requirements

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to extract valuable insights
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data enrichment, and data validation tools
  • Upper-intermediate English level

Nice to have

  • Experience in a researcher, SDR, or similar role, preferably in an IT outsourcing company would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients according to our ICP criteria
  • Utilize various tools and resources to gather accurate and up-to-date prospect information, contact data, and create and validate databases
  • Evaluate leads by assessing their needs, interests, and alignment with our offering
  • Collaborate with the SDR team on the research criteria and results
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance your approach
